A leading Vision2030 developer is seeking an experienced Executive Director – Project Delivery to lead the delivery of a landmark sports arena. This high-profile role will oversee the development and implementation of a delivery strategy, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a high-performing delivery team.
Develop and implement delivery strategies that align with broader project objectives.
Manage risks and opportunities across all phases of design, procurement, and construction.
Oversee procurement processes, leveraging innovative approaches such as Design & Build or Construction Management.
Collaborate closely with development and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 20 years of experience managing large-scale projects in the sports or entertainment sector.
Proven leadership experience with client-side project management or Tier 1 contractors.
Strong expertise in risk management, procurement, and contract administration.
Previous experience in the Middle East is advantageous.
