Executive Advisor – Major Mixed-Use Development – Seoul (3-Month Contract, Extendable)
We’re representing a leading Korean group as they launch a landmark high-rise, mixed-use project in the heart of Seoul — a multi-billion dollar scheme featuring luxury residences, branded hospitality, offices, and retail. As they scale up, they are seeking an Executive Advisor to help shape and guide this major urban regeneration effort.
This is a high-impact role for a seasoned development executive with international experience and a strong record of delivering complex mixed-use projects in partnership-driven environments. You’ll be the client’s voice across development, strategy, and execution, helping embed global best practices into the heart of a growing development organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic advisor and representative of the developer across all aspects of project delivery.

Provide guidance to internal teams, international consultants, and JV partners on planning, execution, and optimisation.

Mentor senior leaders and help build long-term in-house development capabilities.

Oversee delivery performance, ensuring projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality.

Champion innovation in sustainability, digital construction, and placemaking.

Promote global standards and help position the company as a trusted partner for global investors.
What we’re looking for:

30+ years of experience delivering large-scale mixed-use developments ($1BN+ GAV).

Strong background in residential-led towers and regeneration projects in North America, Europe, Hong Kong, or Singapore.

Track record of leading in joint venture or partnership settings.

Experience advising boards, mentoring leadership, and influencing investor and stakeholder outcomes.

Global perspective with hands-on experience working across markets.

Qualifications in architecture, civil engineering, or related fields preferred.

Humble, collaborative, and results-driven leadership style.
