About the role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Events and Partnerships Manager for a pioneering giga-project in Saudi Arabia. The role’s primary purpose is to oversee and manage all marketing events for a specific division, aiming to attract investment, residents, and visitors by implementing well-defined event and partnership strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create and sustain a partnership strategy that fits the company’s overall vision while collaborating across various functions to develop and implement an events strategy that aligns with the company’s brand goals.
- Create a 12-month rolling Partnerships & Events marketing calendar by coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive potential customer engagement.
- Work closely with the Head of Digital to develop relevant content for digital channels related to Partnerships & Events through regular engagement with the creative and brand agencies.
- Stay Informed about the latest trends in the creative and brand market while collaborating with top-tier agencies to achieve the company’s vision successfully.
- Manage and lead marketing teams across different locations.
- Efficiently manage projects and business performance by employing comprehensive planning, coordination, delivery, evaluation, and communication strategies.
You will need to be:
The ideal candidate should be an experienced marketing professional with a solid strategic planning, events, and partnership management background. They should possess strong leadership skills, a track record of success in driving marketing initiatives, and a global perspective and regional knowledge.
Background, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Over 10 years’ experience leading a global marketing team.
- Experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry.
- Degree in Marketing or Communications.
