Job Title: Events Creation Project Manager – Hospitality & Entertainment Activation
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Summary:
The successful person will have experience in creating the idea and preparing the presentation and documentation. Creating cutting-edge entertainment activations for hospitality and entertainment events. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong creative mindset, strategic planning abilities, and hands-on project management expertise to bring unique event concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Create, pitch, and execute innovative event and entertainment activation concepts that align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
- Creative Presentation: Develop compelling event proposals and presentations, showcasing creative concepts, themes, and execution strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with entertainment providers, production teams, hospitality partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Brand & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure events align with the company’s branding and promotional strategies.
- Trend & Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends in entertainment, hospitality, and event technology to enhance event concepts and execution.
- Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and provide reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event creation & project management, with a strong background in entertainment activations within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Proven experience in developing creative event concepts and producing high-impact presentations.
- Strong knowledge of event logistics, production, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva) and event management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for creativity, storytelling, and experiential events.
