An exceptional opportunity awaits a talented and experienced Senior Development Manager to join a leading Saudi Arabian Giga-Project. The Senior Development Manager role is pivotal in driving growth, innovation, and excellence in urban development.
Role Overview:
In this role, the Senior Development Manager will lead and support the development process across all stages, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Project Delivery, Investment Management, and Asset Management. The selected candidate's expertise in feasibility studies, real estate economics, and project management will be crucial in ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
The chosen candidate will:
- Provide valuable insights and contribute to commercial analysis, project feasibilities, and strategic business planning.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, design, and development activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage procurement and execution processes, driving timely completion and maintaining international quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elevate the quality of built assets and contribute to a culture of development excellence.
Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants should possess:
- A strong understanding of real estate, including architectural concepts, feasibility studies, investment proposals, and finance models.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including regulatory and market dynamics.
- The ability to analyze and promote value-add opportunities while balancing risk and reward.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate/urban development, ideally within a client-side organization.
- Experience in understanding and writing development briefs.
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Economics/Development, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Professional registration or accreditation with Economics, Real Estate, or Urban Design Institute.
