Cluster HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive Cluster HR Manager, to join the team responsible for 3 schools in the Southeast London cluster – Bacon’s College, The John Roan School and Sedgehill Academy. You will be responsible for supporting the Executive Business Manager and wider business in relation to human resources matters. You will take the lead in ensuring safer recruitment compliance across the schools and the maintenance of up to date and Ofsted ready single central registers. You will have the opportunity to lead on initiatives across all areas of people management with the end goal of building and developing high performing teams.

As a suitable candidate, you will have proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a solid background gained across the full HR cycle employee relations including providing advice and support to the Principals and SLT, recruitment, training & development, and pay and benefits. You will be a self-starter who is able to adapt and guide stakeholders in a confident and timely manner, with a commitment to EDI and the ability to promote best practise at work. It is preferable that you are Level 5 or Level 7 CIPD qualified, with experience ideally gained within either an educational establishment or similar organisation with a high level of compliance.
