About the role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff for one of the largest and most prominent companies in Saudi Arabia, with a diverse range of businesses spanning across multiple sectors. The primary purpose of this role is to act as a strategic and trusted advisor to the leadership team, overseeing key operational functions, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring the alignment of business objectives across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Streamline decision-making processes by managing executive priorities and fostering collaboration between departments.
- Act as the main point of contact between the leadership team and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead important projects and make sure they align with the company’s long-term plans and vision
- Work closely with different teams to make sure all business goals are carried out smoothly.
- Keep the leadership team organised by tracking tasks, managing schedules, and preparing reports to support decision-making.
- Help develop policies and processes that improve how the organisation works.
You will need to be:
The ideal candidate will be well-spoken with strong communication skills and well-presented, always maintaining a professional demeanour. They should be a strategic thinker who can effectively manage day-to-day operations while keeping a clear focus on the broader business objectives and long-term goals of the company.
Background, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Over 7+ years of experience working as a Chief of Staff or senior management role, within a large corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with a track record of handling complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
