We are looking for a skilled Business Associate to lead our Clients’ City Financial Management & Analysis team. This senior-level role involves overseeing financial consolidation, planning, analysis, performance monitoring, and funding management. You will be responsible for managing city-level financial models, long-term forecasting, and stakeholder reporting. This position requires a strong analytical background, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Consolidation: Manage updates and integration of financial assumptions into city financial models, enhance financial tool utilization, and prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the visitation model, perform scenario analysis, and develop insights to optimize funding strategies. Lead revisions in financial assumptions and support high-level presentations.
- Funding & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with stakeholders for financial forecasts and updates, organize meetings and presentations to address queries and provide updates.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of 3 financial professionals, set objectives and KPIs, and support team members' professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience, ideally from a top consulting firm, investment bank, or similar environment.

- Technical High proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).

Additional Requirements:
