Queen Alexandra's House is currently in search of an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Building Maintenance Manager. This vital position will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of establishment and enhance the overall experience of the residents.
As the Building Maintenance Manager, you will assume responsibility for the daily oversight of all Facilities Management services, encompassing both hard and soft services, along with the coordination of minor construction projects. Your primary objective is to ensure the delivery of top-tier services within this distinctive portfolio, emphasizing the effective implementation of health and safety measures throughout the halls. You will serve as the initial point of contact for all building maintenance issues. Moreover, you will conduct regular inspections of resident rooms and the premises, diligently completing comprehensive checklists to swiftly identify and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
With your keen attention to detail and hands-on approach, you will uphold the building's impeccable standards. Leveraging your maintenance expertise, you will proficiently execute minor repairs and enhancements.
