What is your role at MRG?
I’m a Saudi Recruitment Coordinator at MRG, supporting our team in Saudi Arabia by managing candidate processes and day-to-day operations.
What are you most proud of that you have achieved in your career to date?
I’m proud of my time working in protocol at Diriyah, where I successfully coordinated visits for members of the royal family. Managing these high-profile visits required attention to detail and strong organisational skills, and I’m proud of the positive feedback I received for my work.
How did you get into recruitment, and why?
I used to work in protocol at Diriyah, but I wanted a role where I could make a real impact on people’s lives. Recruitment felt like the perfect fit — helping people find new opportunities.
What energises you about working in this sector?
Assisting the team and being part of the recruitment process in a sector that connects people with opportunities.
What’s the biggest thing that’s changed in recruitment since you started?
I’m new to recruitment and still learning, but it’s exciting to see how technology and digital tools are shaping the industry.
What’s one thing that most people don’t know about you?
I’m passionate about fashion, and most people don’t know that I’ve even designed my own Abayas (the traditional dresses worn by Saudi women).
