Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?
The current project I am working on requires a legal background, together with construction involvement. Working niche positions takes time and dedication, in addition to thinking outside the box. Recruitment is, after all, a numbers game, and a good recruiter also works by instinct. Know the client well to know the most suitable candidate.
